This role sits between sales, marketing, product, and support. The job is to bring in advertisers, attract the right users, keep both sides moving, and turn every conversation into a better operating playbook.
What You Will Own
- Find, pitch, and close early advertisers who want proof that people watched.
- Build repeatable growth loops that attract users, keep them active, and turn their feedback into product decisions.
- Run customer service across advertisers and users, then convert recurring questions into better onboarding, docs, and workflows.
- Create simple operating systems for outreach, follow-up, support, reporting, and launch experiments.
- Work directly with the founder on positioning, pricing, partnerships, and the first scalable sales motion.
What We Are Looking For
- You have sold, supported, or grown an early product before.
- You are comfortable doing unglamorous work: cold outreach, live chat, spreadsheets, follow-ups, and writing clear replies.
- You can talk to advertisers about outcomes and to users about what is confusing or broken.
- You move quickly, tell the truth about what is working, and improve the system every week.
